Availability

We'll do everything to ensure the inmediate availability of our catalog, however, sometimes certain models and products are hard to get. In those cases we'll act this way:
1st: Offer an exchange for different model or size
2nd: Try to buy the products at retail to ship it anyway to you
3rd: Refund full amount paid.

Returns

All our products have 14 days return and money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with it. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return.

Please contact us before returning a product.

Read first our return conditions:

1. Within 14-days from delivery you may return any item purchased at our shop by any reason you consider necesary.

2. Goods should be returned in seleable conditions. We won't accept for exchange/refund:
Any item returned at more than 14 days from delivery
Any item that has been use, washed or tags were removed
Any item that has stains, food or other sustain on it.
Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and neither we can return the items to you.

3. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsability (i.e. mistake on the requested size, bad typo on the products customization) we WILL REFUND shipping costs.

All refunds are made via PAYPAL. You only need to open an account (takes you 2 minutes) and then they'll deposit your funds into your bank account. If your country is not on the available list of Paypal or you don't have a bank account, we'll find other ways to refund, but probably we'll have to discount extra fees for other services.

Items lost in mail

Since all of our shipping methods are online tracked, if an item fails to be delivered by mail service we will re-ship goods after confirmation of lost/damage in mail. Re-ship will be made by courier delivery in the faster way as possible. If your item was unique, you'll receive a full refund of it.
